We picked up MaKayla and drove to Vegas for Andy's party. He had a Spiderman Theme! He was so happy and loved his cake and presents! He wouldn't take off his jacket all evening. He is so cute.
Pine Park - September 14th, 2013
Beth and Dave came to visit on their way home from a motorcycle trip. It was fun spending the weekend with them. We took them exploring to Pine Park. We took a dirt road for over an hour just to see where it went, and on that road, we came upon 2 huge Tarantulas.
Norma Hawker's Funeral - Sept. 7th, 2013
Norma died on Sat. August 31st. She had been diagnosed with Ovarian cancer 2 weeks before. We were able to be with her and say goodbye the night before. She had us all sing "I am A Child Of God" to her. It was very special. She has been a wonderful mother, mother in law, and grandma to us all. She had her funeral on her 83rd birthday. It was a hot, sunny day. The service was beautiful, and I think she would have loved it. We will all miss her!
