Duck Creek - July 23-26th, 2015

We spent Doug's 62nd birthday in Duck Creek. We took Ali and her friend Delaney with us this time. We stayed in a different campground. It was hard to get the trailer in the spot, but it was an easy 5 minute walk to the lake to fish. Doug and Ali had a competition, and she won at 65. She was determined to get one more fish than him. It was Duck Creek Village Days, so we spent a few hours there. Ali won the Limbo contest. The bar was down to under 2 ft when she won. The girls rode on a small Zipline, and climbed the Rock Wall. Then we went Geo-caching. The weather was beautiful. We also taught them how to play the card game "Hand and Foot".

                                      

Mandi's 9th Birthday - July 9th, 2015

I took Mandi to Tuacahn for her birthday. We saw "When You Wish Upon A Star" She really liked it. We had dinner at Golden Corral, and then cake and presents at our house. 

Flight Over Lake Powell July 5th, 2015

Brad was able to take Doug, Ali, and I on a Helicopter ride over Lake Powell and Page, Arizona. It was Ali's 1st time in a Helicopter. She got to sit up front in the Life Flight Helicopter. We flew over the Glen Canyon Dam, Horseshoe Bend, the Marina's, Lone Rock, next to the Power Plant, and all around the area. It was beautiful.

Page, Arizona - July 4th, 2015

We decided to go to Page, Arizona for the 4th of July this year.  We took Ali with us. Stephanie and I went walking on the trail by their house. It is very pretty here. They live 15 minutes from the lake. We went to the local parade, and then went boating (Lake Powell). I water skied. Everyone had a great time. We visited my cousin Gina on their houseboat, and the kids had fun on their slide. Then we went to Brad's friends houseboat to watch the fireworks.
