Andy's 7th Birthday - September 24th, 2016

We went to Page, Arizona to see Andy for his 7th birthday. It was all done in a Pokemon theme. Stephanie had made a big Pinata. We played games at the park, ate cake and fruit, and opened presents. I think his favorite present was a "real" basketball!

Doug's Hand Surgery - September 8th, 2016

Doug went in to have 2 surgeries on his left hand. He was in surgery for 6 hours. He had a hard time waking up after. He has to sleep in a recliner for a few days, and keep his hand above his head for a few weeks. They put 2 pins in his thumb. It will be bandaged for at least 6 weeks. The recovery time is 3-4 months!

Labor Day at Duck Creek - September 2-5th, 2016

We took Ellie, Ali, and her friend Delaney to Duck Creek. It was nice cool weather. We went on a 4 hour hike on the Lost Hunter Trail. We fished, watched a movie, ate lots of great food, and played lots of games. We hiked up to the Big Tree. It might be the last time we see it standing, because it is dying, and ready to fall over.
