Lilly's 8th Birthday - March 28th, 2020 (Coronavirus...)

The whole world is having a pandemic of Coronavirus right now. Most people are quarantined at home. Businesses have closed, and you can only have 10 people together from the same family. We are supposed to wear masks when we need to go out. There is a shortage of toilet paper, and Clorox wipes. It is a lot worse in other states than in Utah.

Lilly was supposed to be Baptized today, and then have her friend party, but because of the Coronavirus, it had to be cancelled. So we had cake and presents at our house and then we played yard games with just our own family. She still had fun, but will be happy when she can go to Build a Bear for her friend party.

Hell Hole Canyon - March 15th, 2020

We took MaKayla, Sam and Lilly and drove to Gunlock to see the falls. There were a lot of people there so we just stopped for a few quick pictures.

Then we drove to Red Cliffs Recreation area. We were going to hike there, but we couldn't even find a place to park, so we left and went to Hell Hole Trailhead. We hiked there, and then the kids played at the new Parcour Park. It has an obstacle course.

Disneyland - Day # 7 - March 6th, 2020

We spent 13 hours in the park today. We started off with Space mountain. I was sick for a few hours after. Lilly and Doug went on the Incredicoaster. Rocky was one inch too short. He and Doug went on Guardians of the Galaxy. We ate lunch in Downtown Disney. We went on all our favorite rides again. They got soaked on Splash Mountain. We ended with "It's a Small World", and then watched the fireworks. It has been a great week. The kids are worn out, but they were good and we had fun with them.

Disneyland - Day # 6 - March 5th, 2020

Today we spent the day in Disney California. There were a lot less people. We got right onto all the rides. The first one was Radiator Springs. Our car lost the race by a second. The kids favorite ride today was Goofy's Sky School (rollercoaster). We went to the Hyperion theater and watched the play "Frozen". It was good. We went to an at class and learned how to draw Daisy Duck. By the time the bigger rides were open, we had to leave to take me to the ER (that is a story for another time...) so we left the park 6 hours before it closed. We hope to go back tomorrow and finish all the rides we missed.
