It was great to finally meet my brother Lawrence Valdez , and his wife Dorothy. My family tree from my biological parents is pretty crazy. We all grew up in Midvale, and even went to the same schools. At the time, we had no clue we were half siblings. Lawrence used to even hang out with my brother Donnie. For a while I was told that he and our sister Nina Lucero, were my cousins, and then later found out that they're really my siblings. Lawrence and Dorothy came to St George this week to celebrate their anniversary, and decided to give me a call and see if I would like to meet them. We had a really good visit. They brought me this beautiful handmade gift, because they know I love to go camping and fishing. Hopefully, this is just the beginning of us keeping in touch!!
