Samuel's Blessing Day
While everyone was here for Memorial Day, Jessica and Justin had baby Samuel blessed. It was a beautiful spring day. He looked so cute in his white tuxedo. Here are some of the pictures (Luann took them all) The one with MaKayla and Samuel is our oldest and youngest grandchildren. The one on the swing is of all our grandkids. Now if we could just get Danica here from China a little sooner, life would be perfect!!!
The 3 Birthdays
We celebrated Scott, Ellie, & Andrea's birthday last weekend. We all went exploring to the big sink hole again. It was a stormy day, but Luann got some great pictures. Here are a few of them. My "boys" had fun throwing big rocks over the edge to see how long it would take to hit the bottom of the hole.

Exploring
Two weeks ago, Scott's family came to visit(Luann came to take pictures of baby Samuel), and some of us went exploring to a sink hole that Brad had found while flying in the helicopter. It is about an hour away from Mesquite, Nevada. There was a lot of cool formations, and Alex found an Iguana, and a 6 foot red snake. The sink hole is very large. It was hard to get a good picture of it. We also stopped and found some geo caches along the way. We found an old dam made in the 1930's. It was a fun place and we are going back this weekend with the rest of the family. Everyone (except Kevin, who is going to help his family in Albuquerque )is coming for Memorial Day!

Jessica and Justin had the baby on May 1st at 4:01 pm. He weighs 8 lbs. 15 oz., and is 20 1/2 in. He is a chunky little guy. He looks just like his daddy. They are both doing good. He was 12 days early. It is a good thing, or he might have been 10 lbs.... He looks like he is going to have white hair(like Justin did growing up) We now have 2 grandsons. Yea!!!! Ali and Mandi are in love with him, and want him to come home soon.
