Vacation Rental House - May 2022

We bought a vacation rental house in Florida. We went in half with Beth and Dave. We had to furnish the whole thing. We also bought a golf cart to get to the beach.  It is 2 minutes away. It was a lot of work to furnish and decorate it. Doug and Dave put up all the TV's, etc. and they built gates on both sides. It looks great. We named it "It's A Wonderful Life". It is at 529 Christmas Tree Lane. We hope a lot of people rent it out!!

Florida - May 7th-14th, 2022

 We flew to Florida to visit Aunt Beth, Dave, and Ali and Kiki. We swam in Beth's pool almost every day. We went to brunch for Mother's Day. I got some beautiful flowers! One day we went to lunch on the beach. It was so pretty!

Sam turns 14! May 1st, 2022

 Today we went to Sakura for Sam's birthday, and then we opened presents and had cake at his house. 

April 30th, 2022

We came to Page for the weekend. In the early morning we hiked to Hanging Gardens for Rocky's Ukulele concert. It was a beautiful setting. It was fun to listen to them play. He did a great job!

 Then we went to the High School for Andy's track meet. He is a very fast runner. I love watching track and field events. 

In the afternoon, I helped Emily plant some flower seeds.

Tonight we all made "popcorn and sweet stuff". This is a family favorite. We used to make it all the time when our kids were little. (We would put a sheet on the carpet to help with the mess) We watched the movie:"It's a Mad, Mad, Mad world!! It was a fun day!

My 68th Birthday - April 22nd, 2022

 We celebrated a couple of days later this time.We played yard games and had a bar b q. I got some new decor for my yard!

 

MaKayla turns 27!!! April 14th, 2022

MaKayla turned 27 today. We had a small family bar-b-q here. She will go to Page to celebrate this weekend. We love her and always like when she comes and hangs out with her "old" grandparents!!!
