Helicopter Tour - December 7th, 2013

We spent 2 days with Brad's family, and before we left, we were lucky to be able to go on one of the tours with Sundance Helicopters. We sat up in the front by Brad (our pilot for the 2 hour tour). It was quite windy, and rough most of the way, but with him as our pilot, I was not afraid. We flew out over Lake Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, The Mojave Desert, etc. We flew to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, and then went down and followed the Colorado River and landed in the Hualapai (WALL-uh-pie) Indian Reservation. We were then served a yummy champagne picnic lunch. (we toasted with pepsi…) After a half hour for exploring and taking pictures, we loaded back up and flew back to Las Vegas. The tour ended with us flying right over the Strip. It was an awesome tour. Thanks Brad!!!!!
